There are so many ways to get yourself to a relaxed state where you can start to create whatever it is that you desire. I will share just a few that can help you get past those time where you are stressed to the point that you are not sure how you will cope with the situation......



Using Meditation to get yourself to a place that you can create is a simple and easy. Most of us do not know or if you think you know you are not doing it correctly and are not getting results that you are looking for.

When it comes to meditation Dr. Wayne Dyer, in my opinion, was one of the best. I have received so many things that I never would have received without his knowledge and training through meditation.
